½ jar (8 oz) Spinach Artichoke Dip Mix
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
Mix together and microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring occasionally until mixture is warm and bubbling. Do not overcook.
Serve with chips, sliced bread or crackers.
Variations: Add ¼ cup SilverLeaf Garlic Salsa and serve with pita chips.

Ortiz Bonito del Norte is a breed of tuna that swims near the shore off northern Spain. This dolphin-safe white meat tuna fish is the most valued fish in Northern Spain. There, bonito are caught by fishermen lining the shore, using bamboo rods with long lines. Many small, traditional boats also fill the bay, coming back to port to take their catch to the fish markets. At dawn, experts from AGROMAR purchase the best tunas and prepare them the very same day. AGROMAR only uses bonito caught betweenfrom July to September, when the white tuna fishing season becomes a real economic and social event in the riverside villages.
