4 to 6 pork chops
1 8 oz. jar Bread & Butter, Bread & Butter Jalapeño, or Bread & Butter Habanero Marinated Garlic
1 cup mango juice
salt & pepper to taste
In a blender or food processor puree the garlic with the mango juice. Pour over the chops and marinate no less than 24 hours, and up to 48 hours. To cook, season with salt and pepper and grill, sauté, roast, or broil until done. You can also cook the chops in the marinade or reduce it and serve as a sauce.
