1 Beef Brisket (10-15lbs.)
1 Bottle Sweet 'n Smoky Mustard Sauce
1 Beer
1 8 oz. jar Chipotle Garlic
Mix together the Sweet 'n Smoky Mustard, beer, and entire jar of Chipotle Garlic ( juice included ). Marinate brisket for 12-24 hours in the mustard mixture ( in the refrigerator ).
Turn occasionally.
Cook brisket -with the marinade- in a 275ºF. oven for 5 to 6 hours. If not brown, remove cover during the last hour of cooking.
