Smoked Salmon Garlic Pâté with Capers

1/4 cup SilverLeaf Marinated Garlic, minced
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
3 oz. Smoked Salmon, chopped
1 Tbsp. Dill, minced
2 tsp capers, in vinegar drained, chopped (save a few whole for garnish on top)
1/4-1/2 tsp coarse pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Garnished with chopped green onionsand capers. Serve with crackers.
