

1 large bulb of garlic
1 Tbsp SilverLeaf Sole Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 prepared 12 inch pizza crust
1 4-ounce can tomato paste
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 large red onion sliced
1/2 cup cooked cubed chicken
4 Tbsp chopped fresh basil or 1 Tbsp dried
Prepare the bulb of garlic in The Roasted Garlic Express following directions.
Using fingers squeeze the paste from the garlic cloves into a bowl. Add the can of tomato paste and mix together until well blended.
Spread garlic-tomato paste mixture on the pizza crust. Top with mozzarella cheese, sliced red onion and cooked cubed chicken. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons basil.
Bake pizza until curst is golden brown and cheese bubbles about 8 minutes. Transfer to cutting board. Cool 5 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons basil. Cut into wedges and serve.
