Pork Tenderloin with Garlic and Rosemary

2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb boneless pork tenderloin
2 tsp Garlic Sprinkles
1 bottle Onion Glaze Sauce
3 large sprigs rosemary
8 cloves fresh garlic, peeled

Place pork tenderloin in ziplock® oven bake bag with Garlic Sprinkles and 1 cup of Onion Glaze Sauce. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 350º. Place the loin and all the liquid in an oven bake bag with the rosemary sprigs and the garlic cloves. Seal the bag and punch holes in the top. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Carefully remove bag from around the roast and discard. Pour more Awesome Sauce over the roast and place uncovered in oven to brown. Bake 15 more minutes or until interior heat measures 180 degrees. Slice in 1/4 inch slices and serve. Pair with baked sweet potatoes.
