

4# to 6# boneless pork loin
Garlic Sprinkles
salt, pepper
sage
4-6 bags sauerkraut
1-2 large onions
1-2 large apples
1 bottle Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
Generously sprinkle Garlic Sprinkles over entire roast along with salt, pepper and sage.
Drain half the bags of sauerkraut-the liquid from the other half is used as liquid in the roasting pan.
Place sauerkraut in roasting pan with pork roast on top.
Quarter onions, quarter and core apples and place both around pork roast.
Bake 350° covered, about 20 minutes per pound.
Pour Raspberry Chipotle Sauce over pork roast and continue baking uncovered for another 30 minutes.
To serve, slice pork roast and serve on a platter with the sauerkraut, onions and apples in a bowl.
