

1 8 oz. jar of your favorite flavor of Epicurean’s Delight Marinated Garlic (for a little zip use the Marinated Garlic with Jalapeños)
2 cups Monterrey Jack Cheese, shredded
2 Tomatoes, diced
4 Green Onions, sliced
1 cup Cilantro, chopped
10 Flour Tortillas
Garlic Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil for sautéing
Spread out five of the flour tortillas. In the following order, evenly distribute the: cheese, garlic, tomatoes, onions, cilantro over the tortillas. Top with the remainder of the tortillas.
Heat a sauté pan with a little bit of the oil. Place a quesadilla in pan and cook on each side for approximately four minutes. Keep cooked quesadillas warm in oven.
