1 9-inch deep dish pie shell, thawed
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup ham or sausage, chopped
1/2 cup Howl-a-peños, chopped
1/4 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Toss together cheese, meat and Howl-a-peños. Spoon into pie shell. Whisk together balance of ingredients and pour over cheese mixture in pie shell. Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
