Garlic Sauce and Linguine

4 oz. linguine cooked
8-9 Epicurean's Delight Jalapeño Marinated Garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp. Epicurean's Delight Garlic flavored Olive Oil
1/4 cup fresh tomato, diced
1/4 cup Spanish onion coarsely diced
Salt and Mr. Pepper
Fresh chives

While linguine cooks according to package directions and to desired texture, heat garlic olive oil in skilled. Add onions and brown 3-4 minutes until translucent. Add garlic cloves, heat 2-3 minutes more. Next add generous dash of Mr. Pepper and season with salt to taste. Finally add tomato, cover and simmer for 2 minutes and top with chives.

Drain and rinse linguine in colander, pour into skillet and mix well with sauce Serve immediately. Serves 2
