1 pound Crayfish Tails, cooked and shelled
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup Epicurean’s Delight Marinated Garlic, chopped
1 tsp. Epicurean’s Delight Garlic Sprinkles
1 cup mayonnaise
1 bell pepper, chopped
dash of Cholula® Hot Sauce
Combine all ingredients and let flavors mesh in the refrigerator for several hours.
Serve on top of lettuce or in tomato or avocado halves.
