Fresh Fruit Salad with Balsamic Dressing

Serves 6 ( makes 3/4 cup dressing )

1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 ripe Bartlett Pears- unpeeled, cored and cut into ½ inch-thick wedges
2 Granny Smith apples, unpeeled, cored and cut into ½ inch-thick wedges
2 seedless Clementine or Mandarin oranges, peeled and separated into segments
2 cups seedless grapes (red, green or combination)
3/4 cup Pomegranate seeds ( from approximately ½ a pomegranate )

In medium bowl, whisk the honey and vinegar until combined. Add pears, apples, Clementine’s, grapes and pomegranate seeds and toss to coat fruit completely with honey mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or up to 6 hours. Serve Chilled.
