Garlic Salsa Filets
A Nicklo Family favorite!
2 fish filets 3/8" -1/ 2" thick ( we like red snapper )
3 Tbsp. SilverLeaf Garlic Salsa
1 Tbsp. Garlic Flavored Olive Oil
Mediterranean Magic seasoning
Fresh cilantro and sour cream for garnish
Preheat oven to 350°. Cut squares of aluminum foil large enough to wrap around filets. Brush foil squares with olive oil. Lay each fillet on a separate square of oiled foil and sprinkle with a light coat of Mediterranean Magic. Place 1-1/2 Tbsp. SilverLeaf Garlic Salsa on each fillet. Fold foil over filets and make envelopes. Bake in preheated over for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Carefully remove filets from foil packets (be careful-there will be steam). Place filets on plate and garnish with a dollop of sour cream and fresh cilantro.
