

Serves 4
1 lb fresh asparagus ( tough stems snapped off & discarded )
1 Tsp SilverLeaf Terra del Sole Olive Oil
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1 ounce parmesan curls ( use a vegetable peeler to create curls )
Freshly ground pepper
Quality Balsamic vinegar
Preheat oven to 450ºF
In a large bowl add asparagus, garlic, Terra del Sole Olive Oil and toss gently.
Place coated asparagus onto baking sheet all in a line.
Place the parmesan curls across the middle of the asparagus spears.
Bake in oven until cheese has melted and asparagus is barely tender,
approximately 12-15 minutes. Season with pepper to taste.
Transfer asparagus to plate and drizzle lightly with balsamic vinegar.
