Over 11,000 olive trees grew on the St. Giovanni D,Ajmo Dominican
Monastery estate in 1775, which was also the summer home to the Ruffo and Bagnara princes of Italy. Our Library Collection of extra virgin olive oils are grown, harvested, and bottled on this 17th century historic site. Today more than 2000 of these majestic trees, some dating up to 800 years, produce the olive oil that SilverLeaf International prizes in its extra virgin olive oil series.
