Santa Fe Conserve is a Southwestern marmalade. This jelly, glaze, condiment, dressing, ( take your pick ) is spread able, sweet and tangy and hot with a soft touch. It's multipurpose. Think up a new way to use it. Spread over cream cheese, top your bagel, or baste on roasted pork tenderloin.

This wonderful fig preserve is imported from Lebanon and hand picked by local villagers. These fig preserves are made with the finest carefully cooked mountain figs. This preserve is very rich but not too sweet, with a beautiful fig flavor. Try it with procuitto and walnuts, blue cheese and pears , on crusty bread or on a bagel. Also, reduce this with a balsamic vinegar for a really nice sauce for your steak.
