This is not your average Spinach-Artichoke Dip. We have added roasted eggplant for a richer flavor and tomatillos and jalapeños for a mild zip. Toss with pasta, serve on baked potatoes, use in omlettes and fritattas. A gastronomical delight!
½ jar Spinach Artichoke Dip Mix
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
Mix together and microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring occasionally until mixture is warm and bubbling. Do not overcook.
Serve with chips, sliced bread or crackers.
Variations: Add ¼ cup SilverLeaf Garlic Salsa and serve with pita chips. |
